Shipping Info: Shipping to Denmark:

Items are shipped to your nearest depot or "package box" which may change depending on the shipping provider used in your country/region. You'll receive an email with more information when your item is shipped, and most providers will also send you a tracking number and notify you of when the package is available for pickup.

We are not reliable for any failure to pick up the parcel before it is sent back to us and will not bear any extra expenses or fees involved therein.

Shipping outside Denmark:

We cannot provide tracking & insurance for shipping outside Denmark, because this is prohibitively expensive.
If you want tracking, please also buy the 'International tracking for your package'
item, and we'll add tracking to your order.
IMPORTANT: Your package may be subject to import tax on arriving in your country (if outside EU and no trade agreement with Denmark).
ORM is *not* liable for paying any import tax and fees for your package.
Return Policy: If goods are damaged when received, and the shipping company is not liable, we can ship a new item if available, or refund the amount.
If you regret your purchase after receiving it, you are liable to pay for return shipping.
